Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the shipment of a 300mm napkin paper machine and auxiliary equipment for a customer in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR Congo).
The customer purchased one basic-model 300mm napkin paper machine, two toilet paper roll sealing machines and one 7.5kW air compressor.
Since the total equipment volume was not enough to fill a full container, the order was arranged for LCL (Less than Container Load) shipment. Xingtu delivered all the machines to the customer’s designated receiving warehouse for consolidated transportation.

The customer selected a 300mm napkin paper machine for folded napkin production, together with additional equipment for toilet paper roll packaging.

300mm Basic Napkin Paper Machine
The 300mm napkin paper machine is equipped with four essential functions:
Automatic Embossing – Creates embossed patterns on napkin paper.
Automatic Folding – Folds the paper into the required napkin format.
Automatic Cutting – Cuts the folded paper into individual napkins.
Automatic Counting – Counts the finished napkins for convenient collection and packaging.
As a popular basic model, the 300mm machine offers a practical solution for customers starting or expanding their napkin paper production.
Additional Toilet Paper Packaging Equipment
In addition to the napkin paper machine, the customer also purchased two toilet paper roll sealing machines and one 7.5kW air compressor.
This combination allows the customer to purchase different equipment according to the needs of his existing production setup, without necessarily ordering a complete production line.
Before transportation, Xingtu completed the equipment preparation and packing, then delivered the machines to the receiving warehouse designated by the customer.
