XT2200 Toilet Paper Production Line and XT300 Napkin Paper Machine Delivered to Uganda

Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the production and shipment of a complete toilet paper and napkin paper production solution for our customer in Uganda. The customer purchased an XT2200 semi-automatic toilet paper production line and an XT300 napkin paper machine production line. Since there was still available space in the 40HC container, the customer also purchased tissue paper raw materials together with the machines, including 500 kg of paper cores, 2 tons of jumbo tissue paper rolls and 1 ton of slit tissue paper. This allows the customer to have both the production equipment and initial raw materials ready for machine testing and production after the shipment arrives.

Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the production and shipment of an XT2200 semi-automatic toilet paper production line for a customer in South Africa. The complete production line was arranged to fit one 20-foot container, making the shipment compact and convenient for transportation. Project Overview The customer purchased a complete semi-automatic toilet paper converting line, including the main production equipment and auxiliary machines needed for toilet paper roll production. The production line includes: XT2200 Automatic Toilet Paper Embossing, Perforating and Rewinding Machine Manual Band Saw Cutting Machine Toilet Paper Roll Sealing Machine Air Compressor The XT2200 rewinding machine handles the main toilet paper converting process, including embossing, perforating and rewinding. The finished toilet paper logs can then be cut into individual rolls and sealed for packaging. One 20-Foot Container The complete production line was carefully arranged and loaded into one 20-foot container. XT270 and XT400 Two-Color Double Embossing Napkin Paper Machines Delivered to India

Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the production and shipment of two customized napkin paper machines for a customer in India. This is not the customer’s first order from Xingtu. In fact, this is his third purchase from our company. For his previous projects, the customer purchased a kitchen towel paper machine and later a small toilet paper machine and facial tissue machine. After working with Xingtu on these projects, he returned again for two new napkin paper machines. For this order, the customer purchased: XT270 Two-Color Double Embossing Napkin Paper Machine XT400 Two-Color Double Embossing Napkin Paper Machine Both machines were customized according to the customer’s requirements, including the transmission system, embossing patterns, printing patterns and working voltage.

Intro Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the shipment of an XT2200 semi-automatic toilet paper production line to a customer in South Africa. The customer purchased the complete production line for toilet paper converting and selected a two-ply unwinding stand according to the local market demand. With this configuration, the machine can produce both 1-ply and 2-ply toilet paper, giving the customer more flexibility when producing different toilet paper products. The complete XT2200 production line was packed and loaded into one 20-foot container for shipment to South Africa. Project Overview For this project, the customer chose the XT2200 semi-automatic toilet paper production line as the main production equipment. One of the key requirements was to have the flexibility to produce different ply toilet paper products. Since 2-ply toilet paper is currently more popular in the local South African market, the customer selected a two-ply unwinding stand for the production line.
