Recently, Xingtu Machinery successfully completed the production and shipment of a complete tissue paper converting solution to our customer in Ghana.
The customer purchased a full automatic toilet paper production line and a napkin paper production line from Xingtu Machinery to produce different types of tissue paper products for the local market.
In addition to the machines, the customer also purchased tissue paper raw materials including jumbo tissue rolls, slitted tissue paper rolls and paper cores. By making full use of the 40HC container space, we helped the customer reduce transportation costs and prepare everything needed for starting production.
This shipment represents another successful delivery of Xingtu tissue paper machines to the African market.

XT300 Napkin Paper Folding Machine
Napkin Paper Packing Machine
Air Compressor
The production line is designed for manufacturing folded napkin tissue products commonly used in restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and daily consumption markets.
Additional Raw Materials Shipped Together
To help the customer start production smoothly after receiving the machines, Xingtu also supplied necessary tissue paper raw materials together with the equipment.
The additional materials include:
Jumbo tissue paper rolls
Slitted tissue paper rolls
Paper cores
Since there was available space inside the 40HC container, we arranged the loading plan carefully and utilized the container capacity efficiently.
This one-stop shipment allows the customer to receive both production equipment and initial production materials at the same time.
