Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the production and shipment of an XT330 napkin paper machine for our customer in Kenya.
The customer required two different embossing patterns for napkin production and wanted to switch between the patterns during production without repeatedly installing and adjusting the embossing system.
Based on the customer’s requirements, we customized the embossing section of the XT330 napkin paper machine with a dual embossing system.
Both embossing units were installed and tested before shipment, allowing the customer to switch between different embossing patterns more conveniently according to their production needs.
Customized Dual Embossing System
For this Kenya project, the customer chose a dual embossing configuration.
Instead of changing the embossing unit whenever a different pattern is required, the two embossing systems are already installed and adjusted on the machine.
This means the customer can:
Switch between two embossing patterns
Reduce repeated installation and adjustment
Change product styles more conveniently
Improve production flexibility
The two embossing systems were fully tested in our factory before shipment to ensure stable operation.
