Intro

Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the shipment of an XT2200 semi-automatic toilet paper production line to a customer in South Africa.

The customer purchased the complete production line for toilet paper converting and selected a two-ply unwinding stand according to the local market demand. With this configuration, the machine can produce both 1-ply and 2-ply toilet paper, giving the customer more flexibility when producing different toilet paper products.

The complete XT2200 production line was packed and loaded into one 20-foot container for shipment to South Africa.

Project Overview

For this project, the customer chose the XT2200 semi-automatic toilet paper production line as the main production equipment.

One of the key requirements was to have the flexibility to produce different ply toilet paper products. Since 2-ply toilet paper is currently more popular in the local South African market, the customer selected a two-ply unwinding stand for the production line.

This configuration allows the customer to switch between 1-ply and 2-ply toilet paper production according to product requirements and market demand.
