Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the production and shipment of two customized napkin paper machines for a customer in India.
This is not the customer’s first order from Xingtu. In fact, this is his third purchase from our company.
For his previous projects, the customer purchased a kitchen towel paper machine and later a small toilet paper machine and facial tissue machine. After working with Xingtu on these projects, he returned again for two new napkin paper machines.

Both machines were customized according to the customer’s requirements, including the transmission system, embossing patterns, printing patterns and working voltage.
Project Overview
The customer needed two different napkin paper machines for his production plans and selected the XT270 and XT400 models.
Rather than using a standard machine configuration, the customer had several specific requirements for the new equipment.
The machines needed to use a timing belt transmission system, while the embossing patterns, printing patterns and electrical voltage also needed to be customized according to his production requirements.
Another important requirement was the ability to change embossing patterns more conveniently during production.
Based on these requirements, Xingtu designed and prepared the two machines accordingly.

Both machines were designed and configured according to the customer’s specific requirements.
Customized Timing Belt Transmission
One of the customer’s requirements was that the machines should use timing belt transmission.
Instead of simply supplying a standard configuration, Xingtu adjusted the machine design according to this requirement.
The timing belt transmission system provides a direct mechanical transmission solution and was selected specifically for this customer’s machines.
Customized Embossing and Printing Patterns
For napkin paper production, embossing and printing are important parts of the final product appearance.
For this order, the customer provided his requirements for both the embossing patterns and printing patterns.
Xingtu customized the relevant components according to the customer’s requirements.
The two machines can therefore produce napkin paper with the customer’s selected embossing and printing designs.
For customers producing napkins for restaurants, hotels, events or other commercial applications, customized printing and embossing can be used to create different product designs for different markets.
Double Embossing Systems Installed Directly on Both Machines
Another special feature of this order is the configuration of the double embossing systems.
For both the XT270 and XT400 machines, the two embossing units were installed directly on the machines.
This design makes it more convenient for the customer to change between different embossing patterns during production.
Instead of removing and reinstalling another embossing unit when changing the pattern, the customer can switch between the installed embossing systems according to the production requirement.
This configuration is particularly useful for customers who need to produce napkin paper with different embossing patterns.
It also reflects one of the advantages of customized machine design: the equipment can be configured around the customer’s actual production requirements instead of being limited to a single standard setup.

For this order, the customer requested LCL shipment rather than a full container shipment.
Because the machines were being shipped together with other cargo in a consolidated shipment, the equipment was packed carefully in wooden cases before leaving the Xingtu factory.
Wooden case packing helps provide additional protection for the machines during handling, loading and transportation.
