Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the production and shipment of an XT2200 semi-automatic toilet paper production line for a customer in South Africa.
The complete production line was arranged to fit one 20-foot container, making the shipment compact and convenient for transportation.
Project Overview
The customer purchased a complete semi-automatic toilet paper converting line, including the main production equipment and auxiliary machines needed for toilet paper roll production.
The production line includes:
XT2200 Automatic Toilet Paper Embossing, Perforating and Rewinding Machine
Manual Band Saw Cutting Machine
Toilet Paper Roll Sealing Machine
Air Compressor
The XT2200 rewinding machine handles the main toilet paper converting process, including embossing, perforating and rewinding. The finished toilet paper logs can then be cut into individual rolls and sealed for packaging.
One 20-Foot Container
The complete production line was carefully arranged and loaded into one 20-foot container.
The equipment fit the container well, allowing the customer to ship the complete production line together.

Customer Receives the Machines in South Africa
After transportation to South Africa, the customer received the machines and arranged unloading at the factory.

The machines were then moved into the customer’s factory for installation and production.
