Recently, Xingtu Machinery completed the production and shipment of a complete toilet paper and napkin paper production solution for our customer in Uganda.
The customer purchased an XT2200 semi-automatic toilet paper production line and an XT300 napkin paper machine production line.
Since there was still available space in the 40HC container, the customer also purchased tissue paper raw materials together with the machines, including 500 kg of paper cores, 2 tons of jumbo tissue paper rolls and 1 ton of slit tissue paper.
This allows the customer to have both the production equipment and initial raw materials ready for machine testing and production after the shipment arrives.
Project Overview
The customer wanted to produce both toilet paper rolls and napkin paper, so Xingtu provided two production lines in the same shipment.
The final shipment included:
XT2200 semi-automatic toilet paper production line
XT300 napkin paper production line
Paper cores
Jumbo tissue paper rolls
Slit tissue paper
By making full use of the available space inside the 40HC container, the customer was able to ship the machines and additional production materials together.

XT2200 Semi-Automatic Toilet Paper Production Line
The toilet paper production line includes:
XT2200 Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine
Toilet Paper Band Saw Cutting Machine
Toilet Paper Roll Packing Machine
Air Compressor
The line is designed for converting jumbo tissue paper rolls into finished toilet paper rolls through rewinding, cutting and packing.
XT300 Napkin Paper Production Line
The napkin paper production line includes:
XT300 Napkin Paper Folding Machine
Napkin Paper Packing Machine
The XT300 is designed for folded napkin paper production and can be configured according to different customer requirements.
Additional Raw Materials Shipped Together
The customer also purchased raw materials to use for initial machine testing and production after the equipment arrives in Uganda.
The additional materials included:
500 kg paper cores
2 tons jumbo tissue paper
1 ton slit tissue paper
Because the 40HC container still had available space after the machines were arranged, these materials were loaded together with the production equipment.
This provides the customer with the necessary starting materials for testing the machines and preparing for initial production.
Certificate of Conformity Inspection for Uganda
For this shipment, the customer required a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) for the Uganda import clearance process.
To meet the customer’s import requirements, Xingtu worked together with the relevant inspection organization to complete the required machine conformity inspection and container loading inspection before shipment.
The inspection process was completed before the container was shipped, helping prepare the necessary documentation for the customer’s customs clearance.
For international machinery shipments, understanding and preparing for the import requirements of the destination country is an important part of the delivery process.

The equipment and raw materials were carefully arranged inside the 40HC container to make efficient use of the available space.
The inspection and loading process was completed before the container was released for shipment to Uganda.
